Whose data do we process?

We process personal data relating to those who have an invested interest in activity related to Fight 4 Change. Most data is processed through registration forms for individuals signing up to activities related to Fight 4 Change Foundation. We may also receive data from a variety of external agencies if related to specific projects operated by us.

Why do we process your data?

We operate in the interest to provide all registrants and clients with a service and support for their required services from us. To safely and responsibly run, it is necessary for us to store and process data about registered individuals of Fight 4 Change.

In addition to this, we may contact all former registrants to ongoing services available from us. All contact is made to the benefit of all current and former clients and their

legitimate interest in our services. We have a legitimate interest in storing this data to help maintain and progress future business for us.

Your data is processed for the following reasons:

Supporting and managing client or registrant needs
To comply with requirements set by bodies which manage the awarding of funding to our projects
Monitoring and evaluation of project progress
Assessing the quality of our services

Some sensitive data is shared with us optionally e.g. ethnicity. This data is held and processed only because client, registrant or guardian have consented and agreed to share this data with us.

What data do we process about registrants or clients?

Personal details, including names, date of birth, home address, contact details, ethnic group, medical conditions, special requirements, attendance details, service usage details, and photographic/audio/video material of consenting individuals

How do we share your data?

Information is not shared with any third-party group for marketing purposes. The only sharing of data occurs if:

You are part of Fight 4 Change projects. The data here is shared with a third-party monitoring and evaluating group to register our participant and session attendances, however as per their own privacy policy information is not shared beyond this use for other companies.
